At Lacos Consulting, we believe in transparency, which is why we’re happy to disclose our rates right from the start. And we pay all our contractors above market rates, so there’s no need to keep our billable rates secret. This keeps turnover low, and everyone happy. Software developer rates generally from from $5000-7000 USD per month (all inclusive), depending on the specialty and experience level of the engineer that you hire.
IT Administration
IT and network administrators cost between $2000-3000 USD per month.
GenAI Developers
We have engineers ranging from Ph.D. level data scientists who can develop state-of-the-art custom models for your applications to ML Ops engineers who can help you productize existing models or integrate with LLM service providers.
